Please read carefully before making your purchase. All jewelry orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by client (you). Each piece of jewelry can take several days to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. We do not accept returns on customized items, unless the order was delivered incorrectly or damaged. Incorrect or damaged items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

We will provide a return label for items thought to be damaged or defective after review. Please email returns@ezrableu.com to start your refund. Please do not send items back without emailing first to initiate the refund.
